Menu Planner

This interactive menu planner is designed to guide daily food and meal choices based on one day's calorie allowance. It may be used in advance to plan a meal, or at the end of a day to add up total calories, as well as fat, and carbohydrates consumed. This meal planner is especially helpful for weight loss or anyone watching their diet. At this time only 1 limit type can be set so users should keep an eye on the data to see how other areas are affected. For example, if you are watching calories and fat and you select the calories limit then be sure to keep an eye on the fat totals. The food type menu includes "fast food" which is provided for educational purposes only. We do not recommend "fast food" for weight loss!

New: We have added soups and other prepared packaged foods and meals to the "Food Type" menu. These include Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers, and more.

We appreciate any suggestions for features and items to add to this menu. Please let us know at: suggestions@TucsonMedical.com.
